So I understand that everyone is short staffed nowadays. And I didn?t mind waiting at all for my coffee. When I pulled up they... only had three types of donuts available, and the drive-through lady was screaming at the other employees the entire time. Andthen when she made my coffee hot and I asked for it iced she got upset when I asked her if she could remake it. And startedyelling at the other employees if they heard me say iced coffee because she swears I didn?t. Super unprofessional and superrude. Did not give me a receipt for me to complete the survey in. I don?t expect much out of Tim Hortons but I do expect them tohave donuts readily available on a Saturday morning. Will not be going back to this location. Read more

It's very clear that this place is under staffed. My one star rating is not to reflect the employees of this establishment... although, there was some gross miscommunication. It's difficult to support a restaurant that doesn't support it's employees. Read more
The customer service here really needs to step up their game. The other day I asked, "May I please have a small iced caramel... macchiato?" -- The individual who was taking my order said, "Uhh, if I can find it." -- Who says that? Also, I used the TimHorton's app to have a small iced caramel latte delivered to me. 35-40 minutes into waiting for it, Tim Hortons decided tocancel my order and still did not issue a refund. No one bothered to reach out to me to say it was cancelled and why it wascancelled. Nice. Read more
First time at this location and I was very pleased with my visit because they staff were so helpful and friendly. I really... enjoyed my latte, I just wish I could find the strawberry dipped donuts more often because they are my favorite! I also am a fanof the timbiebs collab the flavor choices are incredible! Slowest Tim Hortons I ever been to. Waited 20 minutes after putting an order in to get our food. It was 2 breakfast wraps and a... drink and I watched as they did all the orders for the drive thru plus the order for a guy who was behind me who came in 2minutes after I did. This was the worst service on top of us not even being able to eat the wraps because of how much Chipotlesauce was dumped into them. We both took 1 bite before throwing in the trash and we are still feeling sick from that 1 bite.It's like we took a shot of straight dressing. Do not go here in the morning if you are pressed for time and want a quickbreakfast. Service and food is horrible. Read more
