Awful..! The Sylvester evening crew is suffering and there?s no words to describe it, just plain awful. It?s been much better in... past, but lately, 9/27 evening in particular, one lady working hard, the other, stood there looking at her, looking down, people in line, namely me, for 20 minutes lady #2 never looked up, spoke to a customer or did anything at all. The working ladydid everything? why is #2 there, and don?t say training, same people, same thing happened 10 days ago. I turned and leftunhappily..! The 1 star is for working lady, the 4 blanks are for worthless worker and useless management. Get a grip or sellto someone that knows how to manage a real Subway..! Read more
Picked up a couple of sandwich trays for a family who had just suffered a loss. The trays were ready as promised, they included... generous amounts of condiments. A good experience. Read more
Did a above and beyond job of making my large order quickly, and made to perfection
Staff would not put what I requested on my sub which was extra meat. I knew it was extra for it but she acted as if I couldn't... pay for it. I also wanted it toasted and she just heated it.???? Read more
The staff here cod care less about people in the store we had to wait in a line going out the door while they got online orders... ready. It stresses the older staff out she just runs around huffing and puffing flinging stuff while the other two laugh andmake jokes seriously need some management in this store. Food not stocked on bar as well as no communication between staff. Read more
I literally walked in subway at 9:24pm when our close @10pm. When we walked in we got tired and frustrating looks with I... understand when being overwhelmed. But they were checking out the 3 customers they currently had. So it was only me and otherperson I was with, nobody was else was in the store. One of the worker said ? I hope you?re only getting 1 sandwich a piece.Without asking us what we wanted. Hence us leaving. The whole staff had an attitude that night toward me and my friend for noreason. I love subway . We stopped on our way home from a long day trip. The food tasted good. We had to order other things than what we wanted because... they were out of a lot of their meats. And they weren't very friendly. Even after smiling and telling the girl I hope she had agood day, she looked straight through me as if I weren't there. She wasn't very friendly with the other two customers that werealso there. But the food was good. So if you have no other options it will do. Read more
Its 8:35 all workers setting outside manager told me they were out of bread and clearly had bread in the store
