Well Carvel ice cream is always very good but this one in particular on Long Island seems to always have issues. They're either... out of butterscotch or caramel topping. Last time the machines exploded while trying to get soft serve. And the counter wasabsolutely dripping full of soft serve chocolate ice cream and no one was attending to it. Honestly this store is filthy and it smells really really bad ( like a bathroom odor). The floors and counters are filthy I feel... bad for the young kids here, management definitely needs to clean up. This is definitely a health hazard. Read more
I walked in to get some ice cream and I walked right out. The store is filthy and disgusting. I opened up the freezer, and... there was a funky smell. The ice cream looked old, melted and re-frozen. Shame on the owner. take some pride in your store Read more
I worked with Jared to purchase a Carvel Yankees groom cake for our rehearsal dinner. Jared was so kind and easy to work with.... We texted, had a quick call and Jared helped me to decide exactly what I wanted. Easy as that - Jared then coordinated with therestaurant hosting our dinner. Jared is the absolute best!!! He made both our engagement party cake and our intimate wedding cake. My husband & I always said... our wedding cake would be ice cream- and Jared made that dream come true!!! Not only did both cakes taste delicious, I showedhim photos of what I was thinking and he made my visions come to life even better than I had imagined!!! I supplied the fauxsunflowers, and made the pine cake topper myself- but Jared offered the option to source the flowers himself.
