I don?t often write reviews but this incident really took me out of my way to write one. If I could put 0 stars I would to be... honest. The lady with the glasses that took my order was very rude and obnoxious. She made me feel uncomfortable while speedingto take my order. Later, when my dad entered I had stated that my dad is with me and she stated ?he?s probably stalking me?which is not the case because he is my DAD. Very rude to assume such a sensitive remark with other people waiting on the line.Please have this addressed so this does not occur with other customers. Mario's syosset is my go to pizzeria. No matter what I order you can tell everything is super fresh. The chicken bacon ranch and... buffalo slice is my favorite specialty slice and Mario's does it the best. Another big plus I love about Marios's are theirentrees. Mario's is the only pizzeria I would order a pasta entree from. You can tell that the chef spent time critiquing thesauce recipe's and truly cares about the product he puts out. Prices go up every week. I'm tapping out. This is what we call avoiding inflation. Goodbye old friend. Sorry but you guys... deserve this bad review. I would like to say I moved to Syosset in 1984. All these years eating at Marios has been wonderful. Since recently with prices... exuberant due to inflation I have noticed a change in the quality of food. They used to use fresh ingredients and that is whyeverything was so delicious. I ordered a mushroom pizza. It was canned mushrooms. Why? You have a large staff in the kitchen andshould be able to use and cut up fresh ingredients. The stuffed chicken slice is not what it used to be. My wife always loved itand now is disappointed. We don?t mind the price increases. It is understandable but please don?t change the quality of food.That?s not a good thing and eventually you?re customers will notice.
