The service was simply awful. I came during my lunch hour. Granted they were busy. I finally knew what I wanted. A man walked... in and paid for his order. I’m still standing there. So I said something to the young lady there and she was like oh we haveall these orders and I have to pass into the other worker. Well the other worker never looked up and never acknowledged mypresence either. He wiped his sweaty brow with a napkin and never washed his hands afterwards. To stand there for over 10minutes and not be acknowledged is unacceptable. I can eat elsewhere and that’s what I did. Read more

Im never one to complain unless it really bothers me, but I was waiting for a salad to go and the kid working throws it on the... counter at me and flips over in the bag. Real nice, guys. Great place when they get your order right. I call in and order my food around one or two times a week from here. 2nd time I ordered curbside pick-up and no one ever came out. Went inside and wasn't even greeted, but was immediately asked in... a rude manner if I had a mask. The whole purpose of me ordering curbside was because I didn't had one at the moment. On top ofthis there was an item missing from my order. Poor customer service, terrible experience. I ordered food from here on Uber Eats. I've only ordered food one other time from this location and it was alright. So of course... enjoying my meal last time I assumed it was okay to order from here again. Wrong. I ordered three items. The buffalo chickenwrap, the buffalo chicken bowl, and the Mango Berry Cosmo. One of three of my order was correct. Guess which one? If youguessed the Mango Berry Cosmo, you guessed incorrectly. Instead it was the buffalo chicken wrap that was the only correct item.Instead of a mango Berry Cosmo i received the watermelon variation,despite the receipt acknowledging it was supposed to be amango berry. How do I know it's the watermelon variation? Because I can see the seeds inside my drink and Last I remembered mymango Cosmo doesn't have seed in it with a watermelon after taste. As for the bowl,while they were kind enough to give meanother wrap instead,it isn't what I asked for. And again. There is literally a sticker saying what it should have been on theitem. And finally,of course I ate my food because I paid for it. But whoever was working that night just didn't care. The foodtasted horrendous both food items were soggy and I'm sorry but how? The only reasons I was able to semi eat most of my food wasbecause of the drink provided,which was already mostly melted when I received it (I can understand the drink melting may nothave been their fault but the deliverers instead but I thought I'd mention it anyways). The team responsible for this honestlyneeds to have a talking to. I used to work in a Wendy's so I recognize the "I don't care attitude" in the way my order was takenand then sent out.
