I ordered the new BLT quarter pounder meal. There was no one else in the drive thru and no one in the restaurant. I did not get... what I ordered. I haven?t received what I ordered the last 3 times I have been to this location. I understand short staffing butthis last time there was no excuse. Mine was the only order being made. The fries have tasted like burnt oil and have not beenfresh at all. There doesn?t seem to be any accountability at this location. The managers don?t care what is happening. Read more

The food was just like any other McDonald's but the service at this McDonald's in Syracuse Indiana is very poor. I've stopped... and eaten here several times and every time the service is horrible. The interior, The tables, chairs and the floor is alwaysdirty. I was in ordering one time and one of the young ladies working there started freaking out in the back because she seen aroach. For the life of them they cannot make a plain double hamburger. It?s been an issue for years. They also typically charge for a... double cheeseburger rather than selecting a double ?hamburger? that is plain, which just adds to the confusion for the cooks.There have been a few times I had to go back through 3 times to have my daughters burgers re-made. One time a worker even toldme they were ?too busy? to fix the order, but another customer near by heard that and said something, so they fixed it. I used mobile ordering and everything was fresh and correct but the wait time was 23 minutes. I guess I thought the whole point... of mobile ordering was that you were able to prepare my food in a timely fashion so that when I arrive it is ready and I don'thave to sit that long. Your employees were enjoying themselves outside while I sat in that hot car for 23 minutes they wereoutside laughing riding a bicycle in fact one of them went to your drive-through speaker with the bicycle. I was just bored(patiently waiting for my order) and kind of being nosy wondering what these kids were doing. I had no idea they were the onesthat were supposed to be cooking my food as I sat in that drive thru.. ???? They could have been on break probably we're onbreak? I don't know? I'm not judging I'm just observing what can easily be taken out of context. I'm thinking that you mightwant to tell them to take their breaks somewhere else besides the drive-thru that their customers are sitting at. Read more
Out of all the McDonald's around, this one is the most reasonable one to order with since the short staffing has happened... everywhere. That being said, it's still not great service at times. The biggest issue is when they open at 4 a.m. on weekdaysbut sometimes it is a toss up if they are actually open. Cars are there where employees park, lights are on in the store, thedrive thru menu screens are on, but no one will answer the drive thru. When driving away, you can see employees there but withno headsets on. It's also maybe 20 minutes past the opening time so it's not like I will show up there just as they open. Whenthey are open, the usual workers I see are great and fast with getting the order done. But it's just difficult having them looklike they're open but not taking orders. Read more
Thanks McDonald's....(Syracuse) how did you know my son wanted just Big Mac sauce instead of a 4 piece chicken nugget happy... meal! I have called them 8 times since 730pm and their line is busy. Update, went in tonight to get a tea, they have kids on the clock making out in a booth. Unacceptable. Trash because they let... little kids run the show and cause scenes on a daily basis. Will never keep good people there because of that reason among somany others. Like employees and managers doing literally nothing but watch hard workers work and struggle. Read more
