Drive thru food could of been better old chicken ???? cold fries ????
Pulled up, ready to pay American money, via Visa, for some tasty burgers, fries and shakes. We were told they could not accept... credit cards on this Saturday afternoon. Determined to give "The Point" a fair shot at our feeble fast food annual budget, wedrove to the nearest ATM for some cold hard cash. We returned. Confirmed order: 1 Heath blaster. 1 Butterfinger blaster. 1 OreoBlaster. And a couple burgers and crinkle fries. Received: 2 Oreo Blasters, 1 M&M Blaster. And a couple burgers and fries. TheOreo's were very stale, and soft. The good news is, there are so little toppings that the stale Oreos were gone after 4 bites. Iadded my own fresh Oreos at home and it was quite tasty. There are accompanying pics of the actual single and double burgers wereceived. The half that contained the burger was actually pretty good, except for the two bites I had containing bone, one ofwhich can be seen on my thumb in the pic. 2 bites of the half with meat equates to roughly 75% of bites without bone! Is thatgood? Lettuce and tomato were sufficient in volume, but lacked quality. The bites that contained meat without bone would ratefour stars, losing one star for substandard vegetables. What would be a one star review was raised to two stars because my puppygave 5 stars for her burger, my wife gave 5 stars for the fries. Read more
Had the Friday fish dinner this evening at the Syracuse location. What a wonderful experience!!! The fish as well as everything... else was just perfect. Loved the fries and Cole slaw! The kids working there tonight were really on the ball. Friendly andhelpful and all smiles!! Will be back next Friday. Excellent experience! Read more

I normally love this Penguin Point and would normally give 5 stars, but for some reason on this day my son and I stopped to get... lunch and we were both very disappointed. The sandwiches were barely warm, the fries were cold and could tell it was an oldbatch. I hope it was just the person(s) working that day, so I will try again another time, so I hope I can change the 2 starsback to a 5 ????.......will update you when possible. Read more
I realize that it was the weekend of the 4th but no actual chicken? They forgot the sides to wifes strip basket good thing we... dined in. The Big Wally had a dash of sauce on where the cheeseburger was a much better choice. All in all a bad choice fordinner. Read more
