Clean. The employees there are not very enthusiastic. Act like the mannequin meme of those teenagers. For real.
This is a good store- always had good luck here. Sometimes you should be more patient with new help, employees ALL are new to... the workforce at some time in their lives. We quit going to all subway for political reasons. Read more
I haven't been to the Syracuse Subway in quite awhile. Their service wasn't very professional before, but this evening I thought... I would try it again. Everything was so much better than before. The service was awesome. They were friendly and professional.Usually when I go into a subway and order a sub the person that puts the sub together is very stingy with the meat serving. Thistime I could actually taste the meat and nor just the sub bun. I was impressed with the huge difference from the last visit.Good job Subway. I will be back. Read more
I came in to pick up an online order and someone from the school was there ordering like 20 sandwiches, which is fine or... whatever, but my order was already finished and the the girl at the counter would not even look at me or hand me my order whichwas already paid for, until she made all 20 sandwiches for the school lady. If I could give negative stars I would! Ordered food for company and asked for no black olives due to someone being EXTREMELY... allergic to them, that sub was completely full of black olives. Called and explained situation and was not told sorry oranything whomever I spoke to was extremely rude. I was told the manager is busy so I could call back in 5 minutes if I wanted.So I took sub back and again manager was extremely rude. 10/10 do not recommend this restaurant. Read more
Spacious and up to date Subway. They have booster seats and high chairs for kids. Clean enough. Not too busy on Tuesday evening,... but steady stream of customers. The food was fresh. Minus a star for employees not being friendly. They were ok, but barelymade eye contact. And minus a star for not having an online order ready when the customer walked in. This is how it wentdown. Employee 1: Did you do this order? Employee 2: [ignores question] After a while, employee 2 starts making the order asonline customer pulls into the lot, then made excuses for why the order wasn't ready. I would come back again.
