Every time we order Pizza from the Casey?s in Syracuse Nebraska they mess up the order ,today I ordered and paid for a large... ?meat galore? minus the ham and we received a large sausage only pizza. I would be surprised if I ever actually received theorder correctly. Is it too much to ask and expect to get my order as I request? I think I?ll save my money and avoid futurefrustration and take my business somewhere else. And if I could give zero stars I would!!!!!! Read more
Great pizza never any issues they wouldn't correct free of charge until today... I ordered a pizza at 6:36 pm tonight. They said... it would be ready at 7:15pm and took my phone number which is also the rewards member number. I showed up at 7:15 to pick up mypizza and waited in line behind an older gentleman that had apparently ordered the exact same thing as me, coincidence as it mayseem. Until I got to the counter and saw that no pizzas were coming and the oven shut off. The white haired lady asked the otherstaff about it and both acted oblivious to my order like it never even happened. So worst service in the world!!!! Read more
A bit of signage inside would be nice. I ordered (online via their intuitive app) a pizza & some cookies, but wasn't certain,... in the crowded store, where to pick it up. (And didn't get the cookies!) With crowd circulating around haphazardly, a line of 7or 8 people at the single cashier and while trying to juggle carrying a fountain drink and a pizza (or other items) socialdistancing was non-existent. Ordered a 2 topping pizza. Paid for a 2 topping. Got all the way home and it was only 1 topping. Called them and they tried to... convince me the pepperoni was on the bottom. No it isn't. I used to work at a Casey's and know how to make a pizza and was verydissatisfied. Won't go back to the Casey's in Syracuse. I would like to add that I returned on Sunday morning and told thecashier of my experience of the night before. Her name was Trisha and she was very helpful. Also the gal sorry I didn't get hername but was possibly an assistant manager made things right with me. Thanks to both. Both great employees and representedCasey's very well. Read more
