No one has changed oil in the fryer in a Very long time! Horrible! Ordered 3 piece tenders, but they were not Golden Brown, but... really really Dark Brown and tasted like they were dipped in a very old oil. Had to throw away food I've paid for! Read more
Thanks, only customer in the restaurant at this time of night. Literally no time pressure. I get cold, stale fries. As well as... messing my burger order up. NO MAYO, does not mean extra mayo. Next time I'll be dissecting my entire order in front of youbefore I leave. Read more
Unfortunately this is not a review entirely on the restaurant. I will start out with the food was good for fast food. Burger was... done very well. Fries where good. One particular person has ruined this place for me and my family. My spouse is in a wheelchairand the lady that was working the front counter was cleaning the seating area and started talking to us. She had the nerve toassume that my wife was mentally handicapped because she was in a chair. She stated this to us and at the moment we did correcther and said she is not mentally handicapped. She then continued to carry on a one sided conversation about how she used to workin a home in Beatrice Nebraska. Luckily we were done eating and on the way out. We will not be returning to this particularlocation for a very long time. Good luck Hardee?s with having customers in chairs or any other medical equipment come in. This location is painfully understaffed. I can't even blame the employees for when they're "rude", they are stressed and... overwhelmed being expected to do a job that requires more than just the couple staff members working. Hardee's do better! Read more

This Hardee's was pretty good in the past. But, on my most recent visit, they seemed to be suffering from all the ppl who won't... go back to work due to COVID or whatever is really going on w perpetually short-staffed America. It took longer to get our food& when we got home to eat, we were a little disappointed in the food itself hardly any condiment on the burgers & definitelydidn't look like someone took the time to put them together right. Super nice place to site down for a fast food dinner... And take your time to do some paperwork on the road... Really... understaffed but still well managed... Food with a little slow but the service was good... Order and be patient... Take a seatand relax nobody will bother you!!! One of the nicest loves truck stops with the Hardee's I've been to!!! Why you grab somefood and if you got some time to wait never take steps over to the truck stop and check out all the neat stuff I got on theshelves... To mark four stars but gave them five stars that all their effort is definitely worth it. Read more
