Update 9 30 22 We always rave about coming here. We love this restaurant on our trips to Syracuse. But when we came this day we... were a bit disappointed. My Silverware was dirty. Food was cold...And a large spoon wasn't offered for my shrimp scampi. Wealways get dessert as we love the mixed berry cheesecake bites. The server dropped off the check and didn't even ask. He wasvery polite during the meal but seemed as if he was rushing us out. The staff was all seated at the booths in front of thekitchen which seemed odd as I've never seen that when ive been there before numerous times. They were just hanging out. My tableended up leaving after paying and going to cheesecake factory and getting dessert. We drive an hour and a half to come there andwe're just really disappointed. His tip would have been much bigger and I am a big tipper...and left a good tip still...butfelt that this was just not a good day. Update came back again and had an amazing meal outside on the deck on a beautiful sunnyday. Food was perfect as always and service was superb. Thanks again! After some shopping, we stopped here for a bite to eat. The host was on her phone and we had to almost interrupt her in order... to be seated. As we entered, we saw by a few patrons sitting at the bar and a dining room partially full of patrons. Wewalked by several dirty tables that needed to be cleared/bussed. The server took our drink and appetizer order. Our appetizerof fried pickles came out before our drinks. Our burgers were good and cooked at correct temperature even though they weremildly warm. The manager was seen running the expo window in this open kitchen concept restaurant, but never visited any tablesor checked on rest of the operation. Our server came back at end of meal and asked how everything was. It would have been niceif she checked right after our first few bites. Our empty appetizer plate was still on our table upon leaving. It appearedeach server was responsible for cleaning their own tables as both hosts just stood at front door. The experience would havebetter if the dining view didn't include multiple dirty tables with plateware. I firmly believe staff need more training inproactively recognizing the needs of patrons and maybe in future hosts assist in clearing tables during busy times. Read more
Hands down an Astronomical experience in Syracuse. If you want a great tasting meal that's made from scratch this is the place... to go to! Big comfortable booth seats, EXTREMELY friendly staff, a Extreme unique atmosphere all accompanied by a open kitchenview and food allergies are at the fore-front of this restaurants Interests. This has now become our annual lunch place! Loved the gluten free menu and beer. Service was great and helpful . I highly recommend it .
We went here because we had a gift certificate to try the restaurant. The drinking glasses were filthy dirty. I got the 110... Cuban and all I could taste was the fried pickle chips. The sandwich was so greasy. My wife got the pulled pork sandwich and itwas more like pulled pork jerky because it was so dry. The server was nice and friendly and took the pulled pork sandwich off ofour check. Our gift certificate was for $50 and our bill came to $43 and change without tip and without the sandwich. We added acheesecake slice to go for $9 and got more of a to go cup instead, see the picture. The restaurant was cold since the walls aremostly windows. It is nice that they offer gluten free and allergy free food options but if the food tastes bad, it is still nogood. We won't be going back here. Read more
delicious! I loved the chicken caprese! it was amazing. My husband had the gnocchi. Being a from scratch restaurant the food was... amazing. We mentioned we were short on time and try made sure everything came out quickly! we also had appetizers and adultbeverages. Read more

I've mulled over this visit for about a month. I really wanted to like this place but the truth is, it's completely... overrated. While browsing through the Destiny Mall you'll likely find beautiful and enticing marketing for 110 Grill. If youneed a Gluten Free meal, it's likely the most convenient option with the largest GF selection while you're shopping through themassive mall. Imagine the let down when I hopped over for lunch. The steak frites (one of their signature dishes) hadabsolutely no salt. There was an inconsistent temp the steak and issues with the burger (Ordered medium on the steak, got mostlymedium well. Ordered Medium on the Burger, got well done and it was dry as a bone.) I had to wipe and arrange my own plate abit as it looked like it'd just been thrown together. At $75 for the lunch, it was a massive let down. The bartender ran thefront of house almost single-handedly. He was kind enough, as a line formed, the hostess seemed completely aloof.
