I took my wife out here for lunch, and it was a great little sandwich shop. I got the #17 roast beef. The sandwich was great,... but my sauce kept squeezing out through the bread onto my fingers. The bread was my choice, so I can?t fault the cafe for that.The taste was good though. I wish the bacon had been more prominent, but all in all, still a great sandwich. My wife got the#21. It came with their homemade ?raspbeñero? sauce. Which she said was sweet and didn?t really have a habañero kick to it.She also said there were more red onions than she expected. I love onions, so that was a plus in my book, haha. However, notmany sandwich shops offer roast pork as a meat, and that was pretty good. All in all, we both finished our sandwiches, theywere good food, and I, in no way, felt that I?d paid too much for what I received. They were full size sandwiches. The name maysound fancy, which usually means chintzy sized sandwiches, but they weren?t. They were pretty darn good. I didn?t feel the needto get anything extra to supplement the sandwich. I was satisfied. And I am anything but petit myself. Their selection wasawesome too, it wasn?t just, ?roast beef, turkey, etc.? You could tell they?ve thought things out. Multiple issues ordering from this place. Ordered before & the order was wrong. Things left on the sandwiches not wanted, and... things wanted not added. Tried again & an item was missing. Called to tell them & didn?t receive a single apology. Went back topick it up & still no apology. Will not be returning and I assume their long lines will soon dwindle due to the lack of customerservice skills & ability to follow direction. Read more
Ordered 5 sandwiches for work crew. Got 1/5 right, also got an extra sandwich we didn't order. Paid for extra bacon, didn't... get one slice. Called to go over the order and they offered no help/refund. We usually like them but this will be the lasttime we order from here. Read more
These sandwiches are so unexpected from a place so tucked into an industrial/apartment building area! Came by here looking for a... quick bite while on a roadtrip. Got the Monte Cristo panini and it was perfect. Crisp bread, delicious meat, quick service. Willdefinitely go again if I'm ever in the area. Read more
I have had many great sandwiches here. The Boulangerie Rasbenero is amazing though. However, I would come here a lot more if... they figured out their online order pickup. I get anxiety here every time I go to pickup my order. I used to wait in their longline but I'd get so much anxiety waiting with all the people so I switched to online ordering... guess what it's more anxietyinducing. One time I thought I heard my name called out but some other lady insisted it was her order so I didn't want to arguewith her. Ended up waiting another half hour (it's so hard to ask anyone behind the counter anything because they all have busyfaces on and there is a long line for orders so you don't want to cut to ask the register) before they said they gave my orderout already... well guess it was that lady that took my order. I thought maybe it was a one off... but I ordered online againand everyone has their busy faces on again... thankfully no long line (maybe fewer people going because they have the sameexperience?)... but I had to wait in line to ask for my online order. Better off just ordering in person and not online... butI guess I'll only come if I am really craving Boulangerie! Please change your pickup system so I can come a lot more! Read more
Rarely go out of my way to leave a bad review but this was pitiful. The picture attached is their breakfast panini. It's... literally half a sandwich on white bread. It's a sad attempt. It was apparently with bacon but appeared to be cornbeef hash orsomething instead. Also got a egg salad sandwich. If you like mayo then it's fine. It was soupy and drenched in mayo. As forcustomer service... the staff has ZERO personality and is kinda just cold. I don't know how this place has any positivefeedback. Read more
Everytime I stop in for a pickup the employees are always polite to me and the food always smells, looks and tastes delicious.... Sandwiches, soups, pasta salad...OOOUUEE ???? This is a great spot for a quick lunch break in Franklin Square! Read more
Hands down the best French baguette sandwich shop in Syracuse. Their baguettes are baked fresh everyday...soft but crunchy and... any filling you choose to put in it is going to melt in your mouth. My favorite is #18. Read more
