P O S system down, after I ordered on my restaurant: meaning Credit cards were not working to pay after i placed my order, as I... walked up to the counter I was informed of this Glitch my order was ready but BK couldn't released due to payment option priorto arriving, I offered to pay but it would be at full price! mind you I was utilizing my rewards points should've been 2.89instead I paid $5.86 cash and when I checked my bank transactions the initial order did drop on my financial side. Getting into the parking lot was a nightmare, if you pull into the adjacent road that the BK happens to be on you get smacked... with a one way leaving the lot for drive thru customers. I know it's just a fast food burger place but I am really impressed and satisfied with the food and service at this location. ... My order was a little complicated and annoying but it was done 100 percent correct. My food was delicious, warm and fresh. My burger was stacked neatly and not messy at all.
