There staff is always polite and friendly very efficient and fast this is my favorite BK to visit in the Syracuse area!
The cashier chick always greets you with a smile and does a fantastic job at what she does! Very kind to the customers.

Disgusting and dirty restaurant. Trash was strewn all over the floor and I literally had fleas crawling on me. Also tried... ordering delivery and it took 2.5 hours because they didn't care to make my food for the delivery people. With several otherway better Burger King's in the area stay clear of this one. I ordered Two family bundle coupons and an additional of 4 strawberry milk shakes and Two oreo shakes. I heard then in the back... stating tht thy ran out of most of the strawberry shake ingredients, so instead of informing me so I can find alternatives theydecided to make the order anyway (at this point i thought thy miraculously found the remainder of the ingredients) but thy weremaking it with only the liquid strawberry flavor and a whole lot of whipped cream. Soo disgusting. By the time I come to know ofthis I was already on the road through my trip with my order hoping to enjoy every bit of it. I'm so disappointed. Read more
