Surprisingly amazing customer service! Much better then the MCD customer service that?s not even a mile away. My breakfast... sandwich had the wrong bun but wasn?t able to go right back and have it remade. The manager was so sweet took my info andhonored a remake of the sandwich for the next day. Be very Cautious entering front driveway! When you enter you are face to face with drive-thru.Enter and make right turn to oark... or go to drive-thru. Watch for curbing on right of entry, especially at night and with darknesscurb tapers, should be oaintedyellow and/or gave poles with reflectors. The person from drive thru cane out to nake sure I was okay as car went up overcurb. The food was fine and the service was good. There should be better markings , arrows or signs, as this was a surprise. Food was decent considering it was closing ttme. Read more
This place had us Waite inline for 4 min to take our order. Then we had to repeat it again then they messed it up.then they said... we had to drive around again to add what we had already ordered because they couldn't add it at the window after we alreadyordered it the first time.the manager after telling about the problem basically was a mute and didn't do anything about theproblem. Worst service Ive ever had! The Manager not doing a thing was the worst part and spending about $50 dollors andeverything was cold.verry disappointing. Read more
I just stopped and picked up my breakfast, which I do at least twice a week and got back to my office and it looked and tasted... amazing. The cooking was perfect and the women on the window is so nice and friendly, always smiling. I rarely feel stronglyenough about food and service to write a review, but today it was exceptionally good food. The woman on the window always makesme smile and today was no exception.
