Chipotles ?mobile order only? rules are ridiculous. Not sure why you can only order a quesadilla on the mobile app which is... faulty at best. Tonights new discovery is that you can only get sour cream with or on your meal if you order on the app. What isthe rationale with this? They refused to put sour cream on my bowl or even as a side. Even though sour cream is on their menu asa side. What is the point on making a side that many people get on their food exclusive to the app? Removed a star for each thing on our 2 person online order that was screwed up. Sadly, Google won?t let me go negative. My bowl... was missing 2 selected toppings, and had 2 other random non-selected random toppings on it. It?s very frustrating how this branch randomly and frequently decides to only serve online orders! If anything, it would make... sense to serve in-store customers only since the online customers have to drive to the location to pick up their order anyway!! This is one of many go-to's my brother and sister in law frequent, so we ate here a few times on my visit to Syracuse. Friendly... and patient staff, great food, clean store. My only 'complaint' is you gotta put the quesadilla on the in store menu...PLEASE(I'm too lazy to order it online)! Went for the kiddie quesadillas, but they're pretty small (duh, they're made for kids!), butof course the adult portions of the other menu items were on par. Read more
I hate doing negative reviews but this is ridiculous so many times I?ll show up close to closing which I get is annoying but... still it?s your hours of operations the location frequently closes early 9:30 some nights tonight 9:50 just because. I love thefood and most the managers but I can?t go to this location anymore with how flippant the responses I get to these earlyclosures. I?ve been going to this location over the past 4 years on a pretty consistent basis so it?s obvious that I enjoy the food. I?ve... recently stop visiting this store due to the inconsistency of food portion. One visit I?ll have a decent side burrito and thenext visit my burrito is so small I feel like I?ve been cheated, both occasions I?m paying full price and I don?t feel that isfair. Employees barely adding protein to your order when you are paying for it is not ok. Moes has been more consistent sothat?s where I?ve been going for the past couple months. I hate to leave a bad review but I hope this issue gets addressed andcorrected so I can come back but for now I will not take the chance of wasting my money on a high priced small portionburrito.
