Normally my orders are great so I am disappointed to write this review but today I was given RANCID guacamole and stale mushy... chips. There was even half of an avocado peel in the center. Gross. 2nd horrible experience with online order. First time they missed sour cream and fajita veggies and made the food 20 mins later... than pick up time. Today, I did another pick up, came home only to find my bowl 1/3 empty, filled with so much liquid, andmissing both beans (I ordered both) and fajita veggies. The chips were stale also. Most recently, my delivery's have been horrible experiences. Ingredients were missing and orders have come 3 hours late. I tried... calling the location and no one answered either. Very disappointed. Alongside this, the door is not wheelchair accessible. Read more
Normally fine, today I picked up a burrito bowl that was just flat out missing more than half of the ordered ingredients. No... lettuce, no cheese, no sour cream, wrong rice and beans, no meat! The bowl wasn't even half full. The fact that this meal leftthe restaurant is a major problem. The ingredients that are there, don't even look appetizing. Ordered online through the chipotle website and we received the wrong order. When you call the number you get a prerecorded... message and no ability to request the corrected order. It redirects you to their website where we attempted to submit a requestfor the correct order. Instead of sending us the food we originally ordered, they gave us a free BOGO coupon. I don't want tohave to pay more for two more burritos, I just want the one I originally ordered. Read more
I've had chipotle a few times (always a burrito) this was the first time the burrito was actually shut and didn't break, maybe... that means there was less in it but it filled me up just fine and didn't go everywhere. Decided to get queso and medium salsathis time and skipped lettuce, I was a big fan of the burrito I got with pollo asada. Brother and brother in law each got bowlswith the same and were very happy. The absolute worst chipotle I have ever Gone to. It took about 15 minutes for the worker to start my food, while 4 people were... starting and ignoring me completely. The workers seem to be just a bunch of college kids who don?t have any manners at all. Iasked for a burrito and he started to prepare a bowl. It took till I asked for chicken for him to figure out that I wanted aburrito. Then start just throwing everything onto the burrito wrap. At the end I asked for a receipt and did not receive it.Will definitely call corporate to resolve this situation. Read more
