Over the years I don?t... ever remember a change or a bad experience, but recently I had one bread that was doughy and another loaf that was burn on thebottom . Like others before me two loaves, one for home and one for the ride. This was my first visit and when I out a piece of torn off... bread it was both inelegant and an explosion of pure ecstasy. The dough so soft and the salt was what my body had been missing,and I don't think it was a simply because I had had no food or liquid since early in AM due to hospital tests. No this breadwould have tasted like ambrosia even had I sated all hunger moments before. It's good stuff, eat more and lots. Read more
