Crazy high prices. Scrambled eggs with 2 pieces of very tiny bacon and 2 tiny sausage links, hash browns, $13.50. That?s a bit... cray cray. It was good, but nothing to write home about. I'll start off by saying one of the nicest staff that I have dealt with in the last long while. I say that because I had ordered... online unbeknownst to me the restaurant was closing at midnight and my order was close to midnight but didn't go through tillafter they closed. I had just left work and went to pick it up and after they had checked and told me the situation the managercame out and offered to make it herself. I at first said I don't want to put you out and she said not in any way would you be.Another staff member checked on food and time every few minutes or so and kept me in the loop about my wait time. Cannot tellyou how friendly the manager and the one staff worker treated me. I wished I had of known or asked their names, so I could haveused them in this review as they deserve to be recognized. I will definitely 100% be going back to this restaurant but I willdefinitely check the times in order accordingly. The food was completely amazing as well. Staff good for the lack of staff. One cook for at least 10 tables. Maybe 3 wait staff being overwork. Very apologetic for the... delays though I know it's a corporate issue. Corporate should hold some of the millions in profits to give back to the workers,as well as hire more staff. Food was great and even the coffee was fresh. The missing 2 stars ?? are only achievable bycorporate, as the workers did the greatest job with what they were given. Read more

I use to love Denny's but my last experience has totally changed my experience and no one cares at all. So I will spend my .oney... elsewhere. Ordered build your own grand slam with double berry pancakes, eggs over easy with wheat toast and fruit. Many ofthese options were extra money and all I got was blueberry pancakes with eggs. No toast, no syrup, no fruit! Called and askedfor a manager after being on hold for 15 minutes, they took my information down and was told to call back the next day as I waspromised a refund. Tried the next day and the manager was "busy" and that they would call me back. Never got the call, sent anemail to corporate and nothing as well. Still no refund and I done. BEWARE cause if they screw up they don't care. Read more
