DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS DENNY'S. It doesn't matter, whatever delivery app you use, the store WILL NOT get your order... correct. I've ordered from this store several times over the past couple of years and there has always been something wrong -usually missing items. This last order I made was the last straw, they left out $20 worth of food completely. This is not anissue with delivery apps, as they seal your order bag before handing it over to the delivery drivers to prevent things frombeing stolen. IF YOU ORDER TAKEOUT FROM THIS DENNY'S, CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. I have also ordered takeout severaltimes because sometimes it is easier for me to pick up food on my way to or from home. Same problem as with delivery - thisstore *cannot* get orders correct. I've had to walk back in with takeout orders more than a few times to get missing items. We were able to have an after funeral gathering at Denny's on Thompson Road, Syracuse, NY. We had about 23 people and the back... room was set up beautifully for us. We were served by Theresa W. so professionally and seemingly with ease. She did a beautifuljob of serving as well as getting the drinks and coffee. It was private so we could talk and share among ourselves. Our mealswere ready and served in good time. We could not have been more satisfied that we made the decision to meet at Denny's. Read more

It was nice. Waitress was good. Food was good. Could be a little bit cleaner, but it was OK. I will go back.
My husband and I came for breakfast, it was clean and the staff was nice. Our server was on point and always checking on us.
Staff was really nice and the food came fast and it was good too! Going down. However the food did not settle well in my husband... and I stomach????so no more Denny's for us. Maybe because we have an air fryer and food like that is to greasy. Read more
Ok so staff was nice, I went in twice once the night before around 3am. I specifically asked the waitress if it would be ok to... order the nachos & cheese. She said it was good so I did. I drove 19hrs was beat so I quickly went to my hotel room. Wellneatless to say meat & both cheeses was good but nachos was so nasty I had to throw it out. I try again this time ordered 2meals & take out. As my sister orders the SAME waitress attends us does not say anything. I told her about the nachos nothingwas done just a " there normally good, there frozen nachos that we fry". I looked at her like seriously ????. So this timearound coffee cold, the so called country chicken was in fact NOT CHICKEN & RAW. I now explain my second complaint & waitresssays " yes it's nasty that's why I never eat that myself". Like for real I stopped eating my food paid the $34 dlrs plus tip &left. My first time in Syracuse NY & this was definitely a turn off. Never again will I come here. I smiled & was nice being aminister but I definitely don't recommend. Oh & veal is NOT chicken FYI. I had breakfast on my business visit to Syracuse NY. The service was great even that the sweet waitress lady was super busy.... The price was acceptable and if I need to mention something that could be improved is the food. I had two eggs with hash brownsand a steak. The eggs were watery I don't know why...
