My pizza and cheesy bread were great, but my wings were dry and undercooked... Not even mad, just disappointed ????

I went to the Camillus location with my grandson for the first time . I was totally impressed with the staff , the customer... service was outstanding. The time we waited for our order was minimal and as we were told our wait time was about 9 minutes heldtrue . Quality of food food very satisfying and tasty . A most memorable experience was had. Domino's makes mistakes people! They are a high volume business so ordering when they are busy is not the best experience at... times. They do however do their best and they try and make it right with a product guarantee. Consider that. They want yourbusiness so much that they guarantee the food. if we all honestly remember our best Domino's experience instead of the bad onesand consider the price, 2 medium 2 toppings for 6.99 each delivered is a great deal, they have earned 5 stars. So I signed up for the piece of the pie rewards. You only get $10 per order. No matter how much you spend. I was a little... disappointed about that, but the cheeseburger pizza was great. Fresh ingredients. Well cooked. And the pair deal that's thegarlic bread knots and dip was good. Got the 3 cheese dip. Not the marinara sauce one, and It was about to salty but nothorrible. Night try the other dip instead next time. But as always, the staff and cooks here were great. Very friendly and kind.They were pretty fast considering I went around dinner time. Ordered a pizza and breadsticks last night with a couple sides of sauce. When it finally arrived I was told the sauce was in the... box which it wasn't. Not sure if whoever made the food was high or not because the whole order was overdone and dry and was thepizza was cut like they didn't even look at it when they did it. There were some pieces that were tiny and others that were thesame size as two regular slices. I couldn't call the store because at that point they had closed. Not to happy. Read more
I like this domino's. I order about once a week and it is normally really good. However they often cut my thin crust pizza... normal (instead of square) and sometimes the pizza isn't cut at all or enough where I can pull a slice neatly. Staff is nicecurbside delivery is great. Just learn to cut pizza correctly and stop withholding the garlic butter on the crust. It's myfavorite thing about yo pizza. Read more
