Ordered a simple pizza and stuffed cheesy bread. My mom is a vegetarian so we figured great, an easy quick meal. We couldn't be... more wrong. The stuffed cheesy bread ended up being some kind of jalapeno/bacon stuffed contraption that's totally notappropriate for my a vegetarian to eat. Pizza is always great. BUT there is always a problem with ordering with the automation. Today two large pizzas and cinnamon... twists with apple dip. Received the two large pizzas and twists. No apple dip. Called store and was laughed at. Read receiptand the guy said well you never ordered it. It comes with icing. Well we didn?t receive that either. Well we would have to payextra for dip. I called around 10:50 pm to make an order of two 5.99 dishes. The store associate was very rude and high because he was... attempting to charge me for three orders when I only wanted two. When I asked for clarification, he raised his voice with me andrushed me and tried to force me to check out. After that point, I asked for the Manager, Howard, who did not offer a sincereapology for the 7-minute wait. He was also rushing me and made excuses for his unwelcoming staff member. Ordered through the app and selected carside delivery... Pulled up, followed instructions and checked in... 2 min timer started... on app at 739 stating a team member was coming out with my food, then at 740 timer stops. I try to refresh, the timer neverrestarts... 10 minutes later after no one comes out I go inside... I tell them I'm there for carside delivery and no one cameout, guy asks my name and of course my food is done and just sitting on the shelf. He hands me all 6 boxes and someone else bagsup the two 2 liter sodas. So now I have to lug all this back to my car when I selected carside for this very reason...
