The slowest drive through I ever experienced, it literally took 25 minutes for them to service 10 vehicles. Definitely a park... and walk in location! I ordered a XL with cream and sweet and low, I got a black coffee. Thanks! Look I don't give 2 craps aboutyour good help problems, pay good employees MORE it's not like Dunkin locations aren't making money at $3.50 for a coffee! We'retalking .20 overhead on that. Read more
I love 2 of the employees here, but this location on Brighton Ave is slow as can be. I used to go almost every day between 6-7... am till I finally got so tired of waiting. Ordered on the app, 4 cars in front of me and it took 14 min. At least 3 min sittingat the window. My fav employee was running around while the other 3 watched. Read more
So if I could give this location no stars I would I have been here 3 times and have never gotten what I ordered. I ordered 2... chocolate frosted donuts and they gave me cream filled chocolate frosted. I have ordered hot signature pumpkin Latta at least 4times and they have been wrong every time. Read more

Worst Dunkin donuts experience! I ordered 3 frozen drinks and a donut. I pull up to the drive thru and pay for my order. After... taking my payment, I'm told we have no coffee base to make your drink. Why let me place the order and pay for it? Especially, ifyou can't accommodate my order. So, I ask for a refund on the drinks. They claim to have refunded the amount of drinks. I only got refunded 5 dollars once the refund amount appeared on my bank statement. I called the Dunkin donut location severaltimes for assistance. No one answers the phone. They have no voicemail set up to leave a message. I'm so disgusted by theircustomer service, and I got robbed of my refund amount!!!!!! Read more

Ordered an iced coffee with 3 French vanilla swirl, 3 sugar and less ice. I get this every time I go to Dunkin? but this was the... first time I tried this Dunkin?. If there was any French vanilla swirls in it, it would be white or creamy not like this. Ontop of that I ordered 6 donuts 2 Boston Creme, one strawberry frosted, 2 Glazed and a glazed Blueberry. The glazed donuts werenot even glazed. The blueberry glazed was just a regular donut with strawberry frosting. Horrible service. Never ordering fromhere again. They could have said sorry we don?t have blueberry glazed then just throwing in a donut and putting strawberryfrosting on it to make up for it. Or at least glazed the glazed donuts. Read more
The drive through workers are more concerned with being on their phones than the drive through line being all the way out to the... street. Even if there is only a few cars in line you will still have to wait atleast 30 minutes for them to give you the wrongorder. I give 1 star for the guy working the register because he told the girl to get off her phone and help with the drivethrough orders. Please hire better workers.. Read more
