do NOT go to this Dunkin even if you?re desperate for something from there. I?d highly recommend making a longer drive to go to... another Dunkin instead of coming to this one. The employees here are so rude and they give no consideration about the customer.These employees were fighting right infront of everyone and being nasty towards each other and to the customers as well. Thepeople also here ALWAYS mess up your order, even if it?s something simple like ordering a vanilla donut they?d give you adifferent one instead. And I understand people are rude and don?t pick up their garbage and leave it on the ground, but there isso much garbage outside the restaurant that none of the employees care to pick it up. One last thing, bad people tend to gohere, mainly the homeless and ask for money. And this one homeless guy would not stop begging me for money, it was veryuncomfortable there and the employees did nothing. Do not go here even if it?s the closest Dunkin near you. I don't know how this place has almost 4 stars. I go out of my way to go to 7th north or south bay Dunkin even though this is 3... minutes from my house. Every single time I come here there's a line around the building and I end up waiting 15+ minutes forgarbage. I know better than to come here but I was feeling lazy on my day off and didn't feel like driving all the way to 7thnorth so I came here and wasted $11 on burnt black bacon and bitter coffee. Lived in the neighborhood 6 years and have neveronce had a good experience with this place. Read more
This is my go to Dunkin. They are consistent with their service and I?ve almost NEVER had my order wrong. Every morning I place... a to go order and it?s ready within 4 minutes of me ordering it (which is exactly how long it takes me to get there from myhouse) I am always welcomed with a good morning and if there is for some reason something that was wrong they are quick toapologize and rectify the situation. Went to this place charged my card 31 dollars an I didn?t get what I asked for paid for extra bacon an had one slice of bacon on... each sandwich then they don?t answer the phone! Highly do not recommend this location!!! Read more
Great for a quick stop. Coffee was hot and fresh. I went inside and was served quickly, but there is a drive thru with super... long lines. Have to ask employees to let you into restrooms, which is a nuisance. Read more
