Firecracker Thai Kitchen offers absolutely amazing Thai cuisine. I ordered the spicy basil chicken and the spring rolls. My wife... ordered the Thai green curry with noodles. Everything was so flavorful, balanced, and fresh from what you would expect from ahigh end Thai restaurant, but we got to enjoy in a relaxing environment that Salt City Market offers. The spring rolls are madeby hand. The owner Sara and her team are super friendly and the service was excellent! I would highly recommend this experienceto anyone who enjoys quality fresh food. I ordered some chicken wings with there signature flavor and some french fries. There signature topping on the wings was... really good but when I got to the meat part of the wing it tasted old. I was disapointed I wasted my money I will never orderfrom them again. Read more

I ordered the Vegan Spicy Impossible Stir Fry. It was marked as very spicy, but I didn't taste much spice at all, so I would... not classify it as "very spicy."
