They forgot 8 biscuits, and a side of Mac and cheese, claimed I never ordered Mac and cheese, which still meant they were... missing a mashed in their incorrect order. The manager unintentionally hung up on me as I asked if there was anything they coulddo beyond me driving back there after a 14 hour work day. Real nice?. Great way to end the day. DONT GO HERE?. I ordered online the store door was close so I went thought the drive thru kept standing there for like 20 mins and thought they... were preparing food but then we knocked on the door there was this one guy working there we saw us multiple times threw awayfood in front of us but still didn?t open the window or care to us what we wanted. We then just did his thing and went to changehis cloths. Then after like 30 mins a women came and opened the door and told us our food was not prepared they never got theorder and blah blah although they threw away food in front of us and didn?t even bother to ask why we were standing in front ofthe window. Then they were so mean and rude. Like they didn?t even care we were there. They had no ice and they had no biscuits, they only offered one free side item to make up for it. So, warm drinks and no... biscuits and that?s all we got. Wasn?t looking for much but at least another side would?ve been nice. They also forgot one ofthe sides of coleslaw that comes with the meals. Never again will we go back to that location. Read more
Wow pretty much the worst experience ever. Ordered food ahead of time, app stated it was ready, was definitely not ready, I... waited an hour. Sat down with about 5 other people that have been waiting, they waited an hour for their orders too. Anyone thatcame up to the counter to order was told they were out of chicken, then they said it was a 45 minute wait, most turned away andleft but some stayed and by some shear act of righteousness a person would come up to the counter, order and have their food in5 minutes. Easily the worst & dirtiest KFC I've ever been to. I've gotten two incorrect orders, the lobby doors are always locked and I... have to go through the drive thru, and the one time they weren't the inside of the restaurant was filthy. The employees are alsodismissive and rude. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but these things have happened multiple times. I'll be going toTaco Bell instead. Read more
Dewitt KFC is terrible. Finally tried to give them another shot, after having had fuzz and hair in my food before along with... subpar service. I went through the drive through and received terrible customer service as they kept talking over me andinsisting that they were on a timer, but wouldn?t allow me to talk long enough to actually place an order. This is a busy location on weekends. They do so much business that they don't have enough time between orders to allow their... biscuits to fully cook. I think any one going on weekends has to be a bit patient with the new staff because some times theyforget to ask important questions like what sides you want with your meal deals. The employees were all very friendly andwilling to make customer orders changes. The atmosphere was friendly and courteous.
