I wish I could show you pics but it was so good it didn’t even cross my mind until it was too late. We had the house seasoning... and had it medium. My partner and I weren't sure what to expect from this place as it looks like it's a little hole in the wall dive, but the food... there is absolutely outrageous! It's long over due for a review. I am a King Seafood lover. The experience is always A1. The environment is always welcoming... plus the service adds great value. The food no matter what I received from the Seafood Boil, to the chicken wings and even thesalad to just name a few all taste so good. If you want seasoning with every bite you are at the right place. This has trulybecome my one number favorite spot. There's never a long wait and greeted always with a smile. I've had dine in, take out anddelivery nothing lacks in food portion. You will be satisfied! They know me by name I go so much. I just love it! Bringyourself, a date or entire family you will be satisfied from beginning to the end. As for the prices to me it's reasonable soyou get a quality meal without breaking the bank. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT order from this place! We ordered the food online and did a pick-up due to the COVID. We tried ordering... in person but was told we would have to call-in instead. The employee said herself they’re not busy so we’ll be able toorder quick but makes me wonder why didn’t she just write down our order if that’s the case? So we did what we had to andcalled in. About 30 mins later we got our food wrapped in the bags attached w/ missing utensils. Worst experience ever! Read more
We went here because a family member gave us a Groupon. We normally go to the Storming Crab on Eerie BLVD, and we didn’t know... this place was open and closer since we live in North Syracuse. The food here was by far better in every way in our opinion. Theboil was less oily and didn’t leave a sick feeling as the other place did. The shrimp was great they were split top de veined(de pooped) this made them taste better and way easier to peel. Crab legs were cooked well, and the corn was very good not mushyand over cooked. The lobster roll was stuffed full of Lobster which tasted great. I enjoyed the place we were sat, which wasjust in to the left of the front register, had nice soft music and overall nice atmosphere. Only things I think they wouldimprove upon is the cut and paste price changes on the menu which is a little distasteful, the picture of the lobster roll onthe menu seems stock as it is totally different ingredients then what came. Overall the taste stole the show for us and we leftwith the intent to come back and eat again. China Road is the best tasting Chinese food in the area. It is an austere sit down restaurant. I do not go there for the... ambiance but for the quality of the food. For lunch we were greeted with tea and some fried noodles and duck sauce The wontonsoup is very good. It is clear and tasty. The wonton is delicate, light and fresh tasting. This is nothing like the overstarched yellow processed wonton you get at most take outs. My fried rice and shrimp lunch special was excellent. There werealmost a dozen shrimp, for $6.95, I was pleased. The fried rice was fresh and light. There was egg white and a small medley ofvegetables. White onion made an appearance in the rice and was cooked to perfection, I could tell this by the crispness ithad. Like a previous review, there is little ambiance(no candles at the tables) here. The waitress was very welcoming with anice smile and demeanor. This place looks clean and smells good. Ample parking in the back and side. Read more
Excellent place for a seafood boil. Lisa is very friendly and makes sure your meal is great. Try the Kings sauce medium too.
