This is the worst Little Caesar's location I have ever had the misfortune of patronizing. My wife and I have ordered from them a... number of times, and every time -- EVERY TIME -- our order is missing items, and when I call to complain, they say since Iordered through the app that I have to pursue a refund that way. But the app uses doordash as a delivery service, and unless youare already signed into a doordash account, it checks you out as a guest and you have no way to request a refund. I triedcalling their customer service line and leaving a message for a callback. Twice. They never responded, called back, oracknowledged the complaint in any way. We have tried to give the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but after last time,Little Caesar's has lost our business and we are swearing them off for good. Read more

This was one of our favorite places to get pizza. They do not have thin crust in the afternoon.

nasty attitudes from most employees and just terrible customer service. honestly they should just consider finding a new job if... they arent happy where they are. got pizza from there the other night and they only had sauce on half of the cheese pizza andmost of the time their food isnt fresh like they say it is. managers should probably find new employees that can at least fakekindness. ive worked in food before and i get it sometimes its hard but its not hard to fake a smile and at least not be rudeand short with customers unless they are being rude first. just saying. I love the food not the service. Today while attempting to order Destiny was outside while I interrupted her eating 3 bags of... crazy bread. i waited for her to come in. She was so rude but the thing that blew my mind was she said to another kid workingthat she $#@& hates white ppl they are all white trash. I then sat and actually watched her spitting in food,. Im assuming itwas mine. She refused give me a refund when i asked for one before I enen took any food. I spent $36.00 . And i literallythrew my food in the trash. I could not comfortably eat this or feed it to my family. Although i dont kno 100 percent it wasmy food she was spitting in , im pretty sure it was as i was the only customer in there at the time Read more

They get 1 star because I ordered 5 items and 1 of the 5 was edible I knew I should have checked my food before leaving but I... didn't and that was my mistake.. I ordered 2 pizzas, 2 crazy bread and an Italian cheese bread.. I'm glad I over ordered becausejust 1 of the pizzas was edible out of the entire meal. If I could give this location a 0 I would but unfortunately I had to add at least one star. Repeatedly this Little Caesar?s has... messed up my order. I?ve tried and tried again to keep giving this place a chance but I guess shame on me. I ordered a stuffedcrust sausage pizza with extra sausage and got a stuffed crust cheese pizza. The employees are also extremely rude and veryunpleasant. I will not be ordering from there again. I refuse to waste my hard earned money. Read more

Have you ever had a bad experience at a restaurant where nothing was right. Maybe you got overcharged, or got the wrong item, or... it wasn't cooked right? Of course you have. It can ruin your meal and even your day. How can a restaurant fix that? Theyreally can't. It isn't if they will make a mistake, but how they handle them when one happens. I am usually gracious, if someoneputs a tomato on a burger I just take it off or if they forget a sauce I just ask for a side. This restaurant didn't just meetexpectations to fix a problem, they didn't even do what I thought was reasonable. They actually exceeded it, which if you ask mywife is almost impossible. They genuinely seemed to care, was appologitic, and ready to do whatever it took to make me have agreat experience. I can't say that before today that there was every a bad experience that the end result made me want to goback and give more of my business...until today. Read more
