Called today at 3:15 p.m.wanting to place an order to be picked up for 5 p.m. The guy who answered the phone tells me to "call... back at 4:30 so everything doesn't get jammed up". My response "Ummm, I'm calling you now bcuz this is the only time I can callto place the order but no big deal, I'll simply call a different place where they can easily take my request" What in the heckhappened to the great service of years ago from Luigi's?! These new owners can seriously care less about their customer service.I'm done with them...it's a shame. Only thing still decent from here is their fish dinner anyhow... Read more

The place is ruined. It used to be nice. The manager is mean and dirty. He screams at the staff during dinner service. He has long... dirty fingernails,no hair net,no gloves, filthy longbeard. I've witnessed him scream at customers. The pizza crust is shells, nothand tossed. The sausage was big breakfast patties from the dollar store next door. Inedible. Ordered lemon sauce on chicken, itwas thick like children's slime.Picked up a takeout for my kid,the manager had a crazy episode screaming at me randomly. Smellsbad in there. ???? Read more

Comfort food, loved the Ziti. Nice touch with salads. For someone who doesnt like routine Italian, this was a nice surprise. I... believe they are very popular for pizza and I will need to try it. Attentive waitress Read more

Man was this the most bland food I?ve ever had! The sauce tasted like a can of tomato sauce. No flavor at all. Ordered a a... sausage with my dinner and it tasted like nothing. Ordered an egg plant parm. They must have forgotten the egg plant when fryingthe bread crumbs. If I could give 0 stars I would. Read more

Man, I've been going to Luigis all my life. Literally. My dad has gone to Luigis all his life. Since the early 60s. Luigis was... always a solid place for our family and Luigi def treated us like family always. We went for the first time since they sold tothe new owner. Personally, this saddens me. Meatballs were ice cold, my girls Alfredo chicken looked like catfood. The sauceseems like they make big batches and let it sit for days. Tasted sour. Both my sister and my stomachs were sour after. WhenLuigi owned it, there were people out the door, this place had literally zero people in it. I think last night was a write offand it saddens me to no end. Luigis will just be a memory for me and my family moving forward. Read more

The staff and team were very friendly. Tonight was the first time in this restaurant. Extremely disappointed. My pasta broccoli... was over cooked. My husbands baked ziti tasted more like ketchup than marinara. Do they not taste their own sauce? Therestaurant felt very dirty in the dining area. The table was separating from the wall? Sadly, I wanted to enjoy the experiencebut won?t be returning. Read more

If you haven't been here you are missing out. You should try the prime rib. You should also try the pizza. There pizza is... unique and not trying it would be crazy. The garlic is the best in the city. They pile it high with toppings. Seriously high. They even put meatballs on it. Speaking of meatballs, they have huge meatballs here. I like to sub my pasta out for bakedGnocchi. You will have leftovers so enjoy your food the next day too! Read more

Eggplant parm and marinara were pretty good. The vodka sauce was very thin and almost tasteless. The side salads (?Dinner Chefs?... as they refer to them) were old with brown, wilted lettuce, dried up onions and sad canned black olives. Read more
