Brought my grandsons from NC to see their dad and decided to go to the mall. My son knows I love this place (I go every time I... come up) so he treated me. WORST FOOD I EVER HAD THERE. (We always try the food before goving to the boys ages 2 & 3) Gottenders and juice for the boys. I had my drink :) and instead of a kids meal she brought an adult meal. The fries were hardlywarm and definitely not fresh. The tenders were a little warmer but not hot. You could tell they had been setting. Definitelywill rethink going back there in the future!!! As much as I want to give this a good review I just cant. the food is good the margaritas are better but observing the employees... was something different. Saturday 8/6/22 we are at the mall and decide to get some dinner at Margaritaville. The hostess was nowhere to be found when we arrived. Other staff members were yelling for her so We sat ourselves at the bar. Ordered our drinksand food and enjoyed our conversations with the Bartender, Anna. But our server... Why did she not cash us out on one of theregisters at the bar? I thought it was odd she disappeared to the back to cash out our check. Today I find a $100 charge on mybank statement showing a transfer to Venmo! After listening to other employees complain about how other associates are not heldcountable there is defiantly a management problem here! Read more

Food was pretty average and drinks were pretty good. Bunch to choose from on the drink menu and lots of seafood!!

Typical chain food restaurant. I ordered the nachos, lava shrimp and fried pickles. Me and my kids just ordered all appetizers... to share. Nothing really stood out on the menu. The loaded nacho plate was huge. We only ate about half. They are messy and lacktoppings in the middle of the tortilla chips. The guacamole on the nachos was disgusting. The lava shrimp was good. Food and service was great. We were seated at the bar and I ordered the fish tacos, loaded landshark and about every margarita.

Decent food and drinks overall. The jambalaya was not like the ones I've had in NOLA so that was disappointing. My brother... enjoyed his burger. The drinks were good. The location, music and the restaurant interior are the more interesting parts of it. Read more

2nd time being here. 20 dollars for the coconut shrimp and was given 5 pieces of shrimp. When we asked the server they told us... itz because they are having trouble getting items from their supplier. So we get less with the same price? The server was verynice and we could tell they were really trying. Dirty water cup as well. See photos. We ordered a kids meal and two entrees butthey kids meal had twice the amount of fries and they were seasoned where ours were not. So we won't be back. Don't waste yourmoney. Read more

Cute fun place. I really like the way it was decorated. The bar looked fun to sit at. Waitress was really nice and patient with... us. Another guy was busting his but working too. We went during rush hour but got taken care of fast. Menu was basic in myopinion, and prices were high. Taste of the food was average, nothing special in my opinion. Read more
