I'd been tempted to try out the McDonald's drive-thru in Western Lights on several occasions, but it was always so busy that I... didn't want to take the time. Today, I wasn't in a hurry and I decided to wait in a line of eight cars for a double QuarterPounder with cheese meal. The fries were dried out. The sandwich was good, but I've had better at other McD locations. I ordereda diet cola, but received a regular cola. Overall, pretty disappointing. The people at the counter were super polite,but my food was DRY
Ordered the mobile pick up. Waited for so long only to have cold fries. Didn't get any straws for our drinks or any of the... sauces we ordered. In addition not a single napkin. Here I am months later. Forgot about how long it took before with mobileorders. You're told 5 minutes not 10 + . Should of learned from mistake the first time. Just go through the drive thru. Around 2018/2019, when I went to buy fries at the Onondaga blvd location, a manager said out loud to an employee that she hates... when customers just buys fries. Then looks right at me. Beyond rude and discriminating. It was a mid age caucasian female withbrown hair. I hope she is not still there or in the service industry. Read more

Waited inside for 10 minutes, couldn't even get the attention of the staff let alone acknowledged, finally gave up and went... through the drive thru. Food quality was good, window attendant very friendly. My advice to management, if the dining room isopen, train your staff to be able to manage both sides of the restaurant. Read more
If you want part of your food missing and want hair with it go here they got you. You can even get half cooked hashbrowns.
Unsure how I feel about this place all I can do is share experiences. I use the app every time I go to McDonald?s. One day I... used the $1 breakfast sandwich and got my food the literal next day they said that sandwich wasn?t part of the $1 breakfastsandwich deal anymore. Like lady I used it yesterday, and it is a breakfast sandwich?.makes no sense. Another time they let meand my passenger both do separate orders because we both wanted to use the app which McDonald?s I?d heavily marketing andpushing to my friends bc of all the money I save with it, then the next time we tried they wouldn?t let us. I think they eitherhave a hard time keeping people which leads to new people not knowing anything, or their training is bad, or a mixture of thetwo. I used to go to this one because it was close to my house but after those two experiences I just make the drive to 7thnorth street location. Never have had an issue there. Read more
