The kid's like it here because of the new Playplace; unfortunately that seems to be the only redeeming quality of this location... over the last few months. Consistent wrong orders, generally pretty slow, and overflowing trash cans in the dining area while Isee staff just standing around. I would understand incorrect orders if I altered menu items, but I order them as is. I wouldhave made this report private, but during my visit today my receipt was taken when my food was delivered. I would advice anyone who is in a rush or doesn't want to wait 20mins for one order inside don't go here. This restaurant is... ALAWAYS very slow with the front counter. There is never anyone at the front register. And if you are a door dash person ireally suggest you deny these orders. It's ridiculous the way they ignore you and how long it takes to get one order. Placed a mobile order at 9:50am and said I was there so they could start making the food. Got there at 10:00 am and waited until... 10:30 am to still not have my food and was given two wrong orders that were for other people that ordered AFTER me. They willjust look at you while they don?t solve your issue and expect you to wait half an hour while serving people that ordered afteryou. I walked not after not receiving my food nearly 40 minutes after placing an order for 2 hashbrowns and an egg and cheesesandwich. Poorly managed I would not recommend. Read more
Waited like half an hour to get a mobile order, they were pretty much ignoring anyone inside. Got my food before the people who... were there before me somehow, watched three people walk out because no one came up to take orders. Bunch of flies and trasheverywhere too. They were super short staffed today, but they all did their best with smiles (even while being yelled at over french fries). ... Nationally, McDonald's has to figure out a better way to make mobile orders work for pick up in the restaurant; the crew neverseems to know that there's a mobile order, regardless of location. Came in to order a soda and use the restroom. It felt like the restroom was worse than going to a random gas station. It was... extremely clogged and out of toilet paper, with mystery liquid all over the floor. I waited about 10 minutes for someone to cometo the front register. I was hoping the remodel will fix the horrid soda machine in the dining room but I guess not. The sodacame out already watered down and there was multiple sodas out of order. Read more
This place is disgusting. Not the first time my food has came out like this. Food comes out either burnt or soggy, and thrown... into bag falling apart. Drinks either are watery or have a strange after taste. Seems the workers don't care. At the window orinside, workers always have an attitude. Place inside stinks like rotten eggs and everyone seems to stand around havingconversations more than doing their job. Read more
