Ordered yesterday. got none of the sauces I ordered. I ho in to ask for them and the lady says çyou cant have that many sauces"... I ordered 4 meals. I just wanted 3 sauces for everyone. my chicken nuggets must have been old, I took one bite snd gagged at thefoul taste. Ill just drive to The next town over and get it there. I hope this place shuts down so we can have a wendys downhere. Read more
This is my usual McDonald's and I can honestly say I've had zero issues. Firstly, I do order on the app almost exclusively but... everytime I go in and pick my food up, it's usually ready pretty quickly and always accurate. Read more
This place is a joke. The service is terrible, the employees are obnoxiously rude, and by the time they straighten out the mess... they made with your order your food, that you did get, is cold... I have tried giving this place the benefit of the doubtseveral times and the same thing... Drive thru takes an eternity and they rarely ever get your order right. Took almost 45minutes to get my messed up order straightened out last night, especially since the rude and incompetent drive thru attendantforgot to give me my receipt. I went inside to straighten out my drive thru order, since going back around to the drive thruwould have taken FOREVER. First, It took someone forever to acknowledge my existence. Then, when one girl asked me if I wasbeing helped I let her know that I had not been helped and what the issue was. I ordered (2) 20 piece chicken nugget meals,amongst a few other things, and only received one 20 piece. The drive thru attendant quickly and rudely jumped in and asked ifI had a receipt. I let her know that she failed to provide one to me at the window. She then stated she would have to go lookup the order and then commenced to going back to the drive thru window to take more and process more orders and did NOTHINGabout my order. Another 15 minutes or so went by with me standing there and the initial girl that asked me if i was beinghelped, once again asked me if I needed assistance. I was stunned as she acted like I was a new customer, but doesn't surpriseme with these people that work there. Not actual quality.... When I finally explained, ONCE AGAIN, why I was there, the witchat the drive thru asked another girl to see if she could find my order/receipt. That took another 15 minutes (at least) and Istill am not entirely sure she actually found it. I have to add that the girl at the drive thru window kept obnoxiously saying"I don't remember them ordering two". Well, regardless if you remember or not, make it right. Grow up! Y Read more
When you think you ordered a meal & only get the burger, but thankfully ordered a happy meal thinking the newest Thor movie... characters would be in it and you really really hope it would be the laughing goats but didn't (Got a flipping Pokemon toy). Clean fast and efficient, employees were actually smiling- have not seen that in a McDonalds in a while. Whatever they are doing... keep it up! Read more
1 Adult 1 14 yr boy went around the building on scooters ordered and paid for our drinks. Cashier went off on us for being on... scooters. IM ALSO MENTIONING, WE WERNT ROUDY, DESTURBING ANYTHING THING, We greeted her politly and were met with anger! Toldus manager refuse to serve us if we ever pull thru the drive thru. Then pulled up to the receiving window. Manager hanging outthe window tearing into me and my son. Accusing us of holding up the line, disliking our transportation, when he finally wentaway his employee were just starting to pour the second frappe! All we were guilty of is choosing to buy drinks from thislocation! Dispicable customer service! Hell will freeze over before i ever spend any money at McDonalds again! ???????????? Read more
Extremely hit and miss usually you'll get long wait times and cold food. I've also had times where items are missing altogether.... I usually order through the app so no excuses for mistakes especially on days their not that busy. Read more
