Food was only ok. Flavor was not as pronounced as I'd hoped. Portion was a little small for the price. They were definitely... short staffed and service suffered for everyone equally. They automatically add a 15% gratuity to your bill, but are veryupfront about it. Overall, I had heard this place was amazing, but left underwhelmed. I wouldn't recommend but I also wouldn'texplicitly tell someone to not visit. Read more

The food is good, plus lots of dishes that you can?t find anywhere else locally. There?s a 15% automatic tip + 3% card fee, but... that equals to 18% which is less than what I normally tip at any other restaurant so I?m happy to pay it if it means keeping agood local restaurant around. Syracuse has so many American and Italian restaurants. I?ll pay what I have to to keep the handfulof ethnic restaurants around Read more

The food is fine, but a 3% "card fee" is always applied, even when paying cash, and a 15% built in tip is added as well. There's... no reason for 2 bowls of pho to come out to $40+. The place is simply overpriced for what you get. Read more

This is far and away one of the best restaurants in Syracuse. Their soups will cure whatever ails you. We always get the pork... wonton and egg noodle soup - aka Magic Soup - and New Century?s special fried spring rolls. The Bun is delectable too! You can?tgo wrong here. Read more

The food was okay. However definitely check your receipt before paying. They definitely overcharged.

Food is alright. The Pho is tasty but nothing to write home about, you don't taste much of the broth- like a beef bone flavor... and that's most of what makes up Pho. The shakes are good though, but you know there's less effort needed to make a good shakethan a good dish. Service is very subpar though, when I come here the waiter doesn't even show back up in case I want anything. Then, you're expected to pay a 15 percent tip they automatically tack onto the check. Even if the service wasn't 15 percentmaterial. Waiters can be rude, can be accomodating, but it's not very consistent. I eat here out of convenience but not becauseit's a stellar restaurant. The prices are good though too, everything is around or under $15. Read more

I think I found another good vietnamese restaurant. Food was delicious! Eventhough the quantity of the food was slightly smaller... than other places, it was perfect for me. I am willing to visit here again. Read more
