Original Italian Pizza on South Salina Street in nedrow the worst customer service in the world I ordered my food while I was at... work when I get there the lady tells me she cannot find my ticket and that I didn't order it although she repeated the orderback to me I asked to speak to the manager the manager was rude I wasted $17 on a meal that I did not receive in an Uber I wouldnever go to them again if there was the last OIP in Syracuse very rude I don't recommend anyone spend their money there Read more

Ordered a medium cheese and a medium Tomato Pie. Cheese pizza was great. Next time I'll ask that they bake it longer, to crisp... the crust more. Tomato pie had very tasty sauce but, the crust was too thin and undercooked, which caused it to get soggy. Maybeuse large dough, to make their medium and again, bake it longer to help the crust stay crispier, longer. Read more
7:20p: We call to order delivery. The man who answered the took the order, then put us on hold. 7:25p: The woman who answered... the phone after was unaware we had already placed an order. We advised her and she put us on hold while she found and conferredwith the man previously. She returns to tell us he didn't place the order and takes our order. She advised us it would beapproximately 45 minutes and hung up. We were never given payment option. 7:35p: My wife goes to the store to an ATM. 8:37p:My wife calls about our delivery, the man who answered the phone advised the delivery person is returning and will be going backout for more deliveries. We should be getting our food soon. 9:17p: We receive a call asking when we are going to pick up ourorder. I advise it was for delivery and it was intended for credit/debit, but we have cash. 9:25p: We get a call asking for ouraddress and the driver is on his way. A zero percent genuine apology given as the man who'd called was hanging up thephone. 9:50p: Driver pulls up with cold food. 9:55p: Reheat wings, still pretty tasty. It's really unfortunate the servicewas absolutely abysmal because their wings are as good as ever, and I'm particularly fond of the Spicy Ranch.
