This location is very disappointing. I ordered an Orange Chicken w/ Fried Rice and was delivered someone else's order... completely. I used a 3rd party application and they refused to assist me with help despite the error being Kristen's andJessica's team fault. I believe taking allergies and food seriously is most important when customers are spending time over 30dollars. It was very disappointing to experience such disgust, lazy, and inconsiderate treatment for an error they made. Take alook at the photo to see they placed the wrong food in my bag and attempted to blame the driver. I was also disappointed to nothave received an apology. Read more

Always a good time and a great meal. For being a chain restaurant meals are very good and consistent. One thing that happen I... thought was strange. Went to eat there and the guy at the host stand said I needed a reservation. While the entire restaurantwas empty. See the photos I attached. I stepped back from him made a reservation online and walked back up and boom was seated.Seems a little unnecessary to me when the restaurant was empty. Hopefully the management fixes that unnecessary policy. Read more
PF Chang's came highly recommended from my daughter. We stopped in for lunch after a bit of shopping. We both ordered tea and... cup of wonton soup. My wife chose the ginger peach tea, very good. I had the organic green tea, it was ok. Next time I'll orderthe oolong. We both agreed the wonton soup was the best we've ever had! She enjoyed the ginger chicken with broccoli. This use to be our favorite restaurant to dine in. But things are changed here specially the menu. They used to have different... entrees in menu with chicken and beef but it’s different now. Even with the change we have tried them after a long time andguess what…. The taste of the food was flavorsome. I am actually a reward member and everytime I spend $1 here I earn 10points. This order I saved $15 as you can see in the screen shot. As you could see in my screen shot attachment. Since our kidslove this place you so we occasionally order through the app for delivery. So far we have no complaints against them. Only oncethat our order got messed up and over the call they removed it from the bill. I would highly recommend if you like Thai orChinese food. P.F. Chang's stretches across Asia with diverse, culturally inspired recipes. Recommended food: Chang spicychicken(sweet), chang pao chicken(dry), crispy honey chicken (spicy) with chicken lattice wrap.
