I made the mistake of taking my family to this location recently. I understand the challenges of working retail and interfacing... with customers and don?t really judge staff for apathy. However, the staff here were singularly unpleasant and ill mannered.Although the location and seating area is good, I would not recommend this Panera Bread restaurant to anyone. Read more
The staff at this Panera is rude, entitled and unprofessional. It's also loud and poorly decorated. Do yourself a favor and... drive a few miles east to Erie Blvd. Read more

My girlfriend ordered a plain bagel uncut and untoasted. This is because a nut allergy makes it dangerous for shared equipment... like a knife to be used on the bagel. So naturally she gets a cut and toasted bagel that now has to be thrown in the trash. Infact, the only thing that wasn't cooked was the bacon on my breakfast sandwich. Absolutely terrible. Read more
We just had 2 steak sandwiches and 1 chicken salad sandwich and all 3 looked like they were put together by a toddler! The steak... sandwiches had all the meat plopped in the middle of the roll so half the sandwich had meat and the other half was all bread.After re-arraigning the meat, I realized the meat was probably for a half sandwich, not the whole sandwiches we ordered. Thechicken salad sandwich was also a mess with an incredibly small portion of chicken salad plopped in a corner of the bread sothere was one bite of salad and the rest was all bread. I stopped in for a quick lunch in between showing houses to clients in Camillus and Geddes. It was a Sunday at lunchtime so it... was busy. The staff was friendly and great customer service. I tried the chipotle chicken bacon ranch flatbread pizza. Lightcrispy crust with juicy chicken. Bigger portion than expected. Definitely recommend. Read more
