Just when you think there's no need to check a takeout order, you're reminded that your hunches aren't always right. As this... location was in its closing-for-the-day phase, I stood near the takeout area to wait for my food. One employee was scooping acup into a large soup container and then pouring the contents into his mouth. Another employee was speaking of the easy dinnershe'd have at home as she gathered leftover food and bagged that for what seemed to be for herself. The third employee wasquickly throwing my order together and preparing it for me. Although I couldn't see everything she did, I assumed she wasfulfilling my order. I spent a hard-earned $20 to enjoy food during a long bus ride. Imagine my disappointment when I discoveredthat I was only given a half of the whole sandwich I ordered, only a half of a tiny container of Caesar dressing, and 2 or 3salad croutons that tasted as if they were a week old. In the future, I plan to return to my past habit of budgeting 5 extraminutes of my personal time in order to check the accuracy of my purchase. It's a shame one must do that. Read more

It was a very stressful day to start with. Decided to order from Panera with delivery. I knew the food would be delicious as it... always is. However, the order was only partially filled. Spent $84 to only get half the order and no utensils. We had to drinkour soup and eat our salads with our fingers! Come on Panera Bread seriously!??! Read more
Service is a were low. They give me couple times wrong item and never fix it in a good quality ???? Salad was also in a very... bad quality. With rotten leaves. I ordered 10 pack of chips And I'm not counted because we eat but when I came home It is only8 of them. Read more

Panera is a great place to get quality food consistently at any Panera. What this Panera brings to the table is the location. It... is in the 2nd largest mall in the United States. There is always free parking. You can always walk off the meal in the mall. Thepeople watching is great. It is located at the old main entrance by the carousel. The food court of the mall is on a differentlevel. Read more
Ordered something without peppers because of an allergy, and they added the peppers anyways. Tried calling the store because I... just left and they aren't busy and no one's answering.... It's an allergy not a preference.. Thanks for no lunch. Read more
