What a great place! We sat in a booth (very dark, but cozy) with a view of the bar and the kitchen. We were hooked with our... first taste of Hot Tom with freshly baked bread (I ordered a shipment to be sent home right then). OMG! Amazing. The fallspecial butternut squash and mushroom lasagna was to die for. This should be a year round item. Staff were fun, professional andattentive. We highly recommend this place. Read more

We had a lovely dinner in the charming Armory Square neighborhood. Started with a vanilla old fashioned and their signature... spicy hot tomato oil and stretch bread! Delicious! The Bolognese was delectable and we couldn’t resist the lemon olive oilcake with blueberries for dessert! Everything was outstanding! Service was great! Read more

The most amazing food!!! The homemade fettuccine was excellent combined with their hot tomato oil sauce and a meatball was out... of this world!!! My husband had the carbonara with homemade fettuccine and grilled chicken. Again.... Out of this world. It wasa Saturday night so there was a wait but..... So worth the wait. Just sat at the bar, had a drink, and waited for a text thatour table was ready. Our waitress was great as was the hostess. Read more

Everything about Pastabilities is that: Pastabilities! So many pasta possibilities, and each one was a banger! The pasta is made... on site and that makes a difference from using common store-bought pasta. The tomato oil was the best starter with garlicstretch bread. The portions were so huge no one could finish their entree. We got the rest to go. The staff was very friendlyand and that always makes a difference. We got some oil to go at half price too. First time at Pastabilities in many years. Thank you for the new reservation system! It truly felt like the first time again and... then didn't disappoint. All the food was cooked to perfection, the flavors were bursting with every sip and bite we had. Fromthe famous stretch bread and spicy hot tomato oil, the Pineapple Rhubarb Sangria, the Harissa glazed cauliflower and carrots, the seasonal springtime salad with grilled chicken and the Hot vodka sausage Lasagna. Not a single complaint to be had duringthis visit. We did get to sit outside, service was fast and the servers were kind. I do for myself wonder about the dark andloud ambience of the inside may not be for everyone but I'll need to sit inside to truly gauge what it's like. I encourage usingthe reservation system as this place fills up fast and they were up to an hour wait on a Wednesday. Go and enjoy! Read more

Arrived at 520pm on a Thursday and there was a 1.5 hour wait so we ate at the bar. Both bartenders were both attentive and... efficient. They were knowledgeable about the wide variety of foods and their drinks. They swore by the greatness of the breadand unique spicy tomato sauce and it didn't disappoint. Food was delicious and large enough portions to share. We had no roomfor dessert but the group to our left swore it was great. To sum it up: Great service, Great food, Great ambiance. Willdefinitely go back! Read more

Definitely lived up to the hype!! We were driving though Syracuse and planned to go to Pastabilities. We heard its busy so we... arrived at 4pm and were seated right away. Everything was amazing. We also had meatball sliders which I didn't get a photo ofbefore we ate but they were my favorite. Stretch bread is so good. Service was lovely. Read more

The ordering app was easy to... use; you can order and keep adding through your phone and everything is brought out to you until you pay the tab. Seating wasseparated by partitions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was AMAZING to say the least, tomato cucumber salad and walnutpesto were yummy! Read more
