Super rude staff members- a girl who drives a white Lincoln pulled in the parking lot and told us to move our vehicles and get... the F out there unless we are paying customers. I had just git back out to Mt vehicle from placing & paying for 68.00 worth offood. I went inside to speak to a manager and a older foreign gentleman treated me even ruder. I placed an order on Grubhub before they stopped taking orders. I was notified via Grubhub that my order was on the way to be... delivered and never received it without getting any word from this place that my order would not be arriving due to beingclosed. We ordered from Sabatino?s at 830 pm. It was finally delivered at 10:30 pm. The driver didn?t even knock on my door instead she... called and texted my cell phone for 5 minutes straight. Then had the audacity to ask if it was paid for, which it was. Come tofind out the pizza was covered in peppers when the order ticket on the pizza clearly says pepperoni. The pizza also was likechewing cardboard. They are generally a decent place to eat. But this is pathetic. Read more
First time customer and I experienced horrible service. The food arrived two hours after ordering and it looked like it had sat... out over night. When calling to get a refund or an exchange on the order I was placed on hold constantly, after finally gettingthrough to someone I was told a driver would come get the food and immediately hung up on. When calling back to find out wherethe driver was to come pick back up the food that they had dropped off I was repeatedly hung up on. Horrible service horriblefood. Will never be eating there again. I ordered a pizza and it took them 2 1/2 hours to deliver and when I got the pizza it was the wrong order. I called so they can... fix the order, they told me they would send me the right pizza and take the I have back. After waiting over two hours for myfood I wasn?t going to wait another 2 hours to send me the right pizza, they told me they would deliver in a hour and the pizzanever showed I called them back and the phone kept ringing.
