Good sandwiches and soup, cafeteria-style. A little pricey, but with good service. Beverage choices are limited.
Their taco salad is really good definitely a must try their chili is amazing too
I had an early morning and busy day planned today, and when I showed up quickly to grab a salad for lunch to have later, the... team was awesome. Absolutely love this place!!! Discovered it this summer and don't know how I ever lived without them, they are now a weekly... lunch destination for me and my coworkers! Being a Rochester native I had to try the garbage plate. I could have a few notes if I'm comparing it to a more traditional... plate, but I love Soup R Salads and think they did a good take on it. I have loved all their specials over the 18+ months I'veworked downtown. Read more
Great soup and sandwich place! We were recommended this place by the Historical Society, and we were not disappointed. There... were quick, efficient, and great tasting food. This is family run mother, sisters, aunts , nieces . They have a variety of dailymade soups, salads, and sandwiches. The food is good and they provide fast friendly service. Don't let the long lines deter youas they move quick and are mind reader's, if you go a few times they know what you want. Prices are great, love the family andeat there 3 to 4 times a week for lunch when I am in town. Read more
The staff, the food, and the environment is all 10/10. The best cozy lunch spot in the city, hands down. The staff is like this... awesome cast of characters that makes a fun experience while making you feeling right at home. I go here with coworkers regularly for lunch. It's good food fast. The ladies know what they're doing... You just better know... what you want when it's your turn! I've never been disappointed trying anything new here. Something for everyone. Read more
