Coffee was good. Service was good. Only drawback is that they removed the customer dining area. You can't dine in so you have to... either leave or carry your purchase around the store with you. It is inside Target so this kind of socks. Read more
I am usually not a fan of chains but this is near my office in Camillus and one of the best options when I am in a hurry due to... the drive through. As a real estate agent I am fueled on caffeine. The staff here is incredibly kind to my niece with special needs. They go out of their way to try and brighten her day and I am... so grateful for that. The prices can be a bit much but their stuff is quality. But the hospitality is well worth any of theprices. Read more
The drinks here always taste different rather than at other locations like Marshall street or armory square one. At first... thought it was just me but it consistently would taste off at this location. Most recent order, the latte tasted very burnt. Notsure if it?s because how busy this place can get but there were times when it wasn?t busy and drinks were of similar quality.I?d visit other locations if you can. Read more
This staff is incredibly slow and not very friendly. They like to talk amongst each other a lot which additionally slows down... what they're doing. Every time I come here I order through the app in advance, but always end up waiting for them to have mydrink ready an additional 5 to 7 minutes longer than it should take. The staff is also Very unsanitary. This is the second time.I've visited this particular location in 5 days. Both times they were touching their faces or scratching their arms, and thenstill finding the nerve to put their fingers all over the lids when carrying hot drinks. That seriously grosses me out, I heardanother guest say something about it too. Are they not trained to touch the body of the cup instead? Touching all over the lidscan't possibly be normal protocol. So yet again, I'm waiting until I get to my destination to enjoy my drink by taking the coveroff. This is flu season, learn some sanitation. Read more
Nice crew! I've had multiple experiences with the staff here and they have always been sweet, funny, and never complain about... making my pour over coffee or try to convince me to get something else because they didn't feel like making it, which happens tome some times at various Starbucks I've been to throughout the states. They made it correctly and as much as we travel, I cansay that's not always the case! Also, staff has frequently rocked great tattoos, fun hair, and have real style. Read more
Kyle at this Starbucks is so generous! Great customer service and made my drink perfectly, asked me if it was made how i like!...
