On Oct 19th around 3:00 I went through the Starbucks drive thru and ordered a Iced chia latte and asked the nice lady if they... still had the ham and Swiss sandwiches. She said yes so I ordered one and pulled forward. It took 7 min for it to be my turn andpaused for my drink and sandwich. I got my drink immediately but, waited for my sandwich. After 6 more minutes of waiting thelady at the window said they didn?t have any of the sandwiches and asked if I wanted a grilled cheese instead. I asked if Icould get the double smoked bacon sandwich and how long it would take to make and she said not long. So after waiting almost 30minutes I finally got the sandwich and drink and left the drive-through as I was driving back to work and had a bite ofsandwich and a drink of the latte and both were underwhelming and wasn?t the quality that I usually expect from Starbucks. Theice chai latte tasted like milk and there was no chai syrup and the Bacon that was on the sandwich was a fatty and the egg wascold. I was then disappointed when I looked online and found out that the ham and Swiss sandwich that I paid for was fourdollars more than the sandwich that I got and that the lady at the window didn?t offer me a refund or compensate the 4 dollars Ialready paid.I had to get back to work so after work at 4:30 after I left Starbucks at 3:35. I called to talk with a manager tosee if I could just get a refund back or if they could remake my drink and I couldn?t get a hold of anyone. Great location on the main Boulevard. Luckily they have a lot of space both indoor for seating and sometimes outdoor seating is... available. The only downside is is that there is always a line when you?re driving or walking. Butother than that it?s a greatplace to go. Read more
Try to get a coffee two days in a row. First day they closed two hours early with no notice. Second day I walk from three shops... down to buy a coffee and they?re only open in the drive-through. Pretty much finished with American shops/stores. Read more
I like Chai latte and this place always say we don't have for almost a month and I kept coming everyday assuming they got it and... badly there is no any other Starbucks around. Wasted my gas and time and the place looks unorganized Read more
The usual Starbucks experience. This is the only Starbucks that has a drive through. Some days it goes fast, but most of the... time it's rather slow. The quality of the drinks is a bit a hit or miss. Same with the food. Read more
I have been waiting forever for a Starbucks in this shopping area. What a great updated store. I can?t wait till the weather is... warm again to sit in the outside patio. The baristas were great here. They even brought out coffees to our car, and it was 11degrees. The drive through is very convenient for that time you can?t go inside and relax. There are hundreds of people who work in this plaza and they are always closing their inside lobby because they don?t no how to... keep up with Drive through orders. I understand in the morning time but I?m trying to get a coffee at 1pm and the lobby isclosed. This has become a constant thing and it?s ridiculous. Read more
