If you use the mobile app or the drive through at all, chances are your order will be incorrect. I think I have a correct order... 20% of the time when I order at this particular Taco Bell. The last time I ordered via the mobile app I was missing items so Ihad to circle back in the drive-thru as the dining room was now closed. I waited 25 minutes for a missing item. My originalorder, sitting next to me on the passenger seat, was now ice cold and there were no apologies issued. While I sat in linewaiting for my missing item, I started to fill out the contact us form on the Taco Bell app. After filling out a plethora ofinformation, the final step was to insert my order number. I was not giving a receipt nor could I go back into the app to findthe order number without losing all of the information I entered in the contact us area of the app. I feel like this wasintentional in order to reduce the number of complaints as it would not be difficult to allow me to select my previous order Aswell as manually type in an order number. I have ordered from this Taco Bell for years. Back in the early 2000s I worked nextdoor at the now defunct OfficeMax. On occasion I would venture to Taco Bell on my lunch break and even then my order was nevercorrect. At this point it's expected to not receive an accurate order, I am only writing this review to let everyone know,before you pull away, always check to ensure your items are accurate and complete. Maybe if we all take the time to verify ourorder, they will realize this is only done because of the repeated mistakes of the past. I will say if you want the best TacoBell experience in all of Syracuse, New York, it is worth driving out to the location on route 57 in Liverpool. For the fewtimes I've visited that location, my order was always accurate. The food was always warm and the quality was by far better thanthe location in Fairmount. Read more

I ordered on the mobile app and after waiting 20 minutes to get my order you would think that the quesadilla would at least have... melted cheese inside - it looks like they opened a bag of shredded cheese, poured it on and wrapped it up. It was disgustingand ice cold. Read more
Love the steak power bowl! Can't beat the price or the low calories! It's become my go to if I have to eat fast food.
Worst experience ever. Went thru the drive thru the employee named Alexis was rude as can be saying "what do u want." Pull up to... get our food the ground was just covered in trash! There was trash everywhere. Got up to the window she didn't say a word, wepaid she handed us our food saying "here" then shut the door in our face! Got home the order was completely wrong and... My eggswere still frozen or something huge blocks of eggs that didn't taste right and was uneatable. Tried calling customer servicethey were closed. Wrote on there survey and requested to be contacted back... And never heard from them. I'm absolutely donewith taco bell. Read more
My girlfriend is currently 4 in a half momths pregnant and ive vave her mkmey to buy tacos here 3 times 2 times this week one... last week she just bought two boxes of 12 tacos and is so happy im so thankful for taco bell and there service. There prettyfast on making there food and really i dont care how long they take to make food because that shouldnt matter the fact theyalways get orders right is the best part there services are great thank you so much bless your hearts you have amazingemployees they deserve a raise they are so great thank you so much for your great tacos especially making my girlfriend happy Read more
Normally I just get soft tacos but this time I had steak and cheese burrito, very good !!
