Repeatedly attempted to try and go to this Taco Bell. 12:15am a couple weeks ago and 1am tonight. Employees are standing outside... and go inside as you pull into parking lot. No one answers at the intercom. They stay away from drive thru windows. Website saysthey are open till 2am. Lights are all on inside and out, menu is lit. I could see if I pulled up at 130, 145am yea I can seeignoring new customers. It's the ONLY place in area open past 12, or at least states their open past 12. I have yet to be servedhere anytime after 12 midnight. Imagine being a restaurant owner and having employees actively working together to NOT do anywork. Your paying for them to be there, for the lights and equipment to be on and they aren't letting any money come in. I canonly imagine how many hotel guests that are not able to buy food there. The worker was really rude. We asked for 1 order of nacho fries but got charged for 3, when we asked them about it they gave us... a ton of attitude and blamed it on us saying they asked us if the board was correct. We also asked for no lettuce on the tacosand ended up getting lettuce anyway. Read more
What a hot mess! Ordered 2 cheddar cheese chalupas , got two reg undercooked chalupas with no cheese and smothered in some hot... creamy sauce. Was disgusting. Chicken quesadilla had 2 small chunks of chicken and was undercooked, floppy yet smelled burnt!Prices keep going up but quality is horrid! Never again Read more
This location is absolutely horrible! They close early every Friday and Saturday without posting anything or updating online... business hours. They just turn car after car away. They are rude, and they rarely get the orders right. This is bad business!Are your hours changing? If so, update it online so people know instead wasting time and gas to drive there and get told over aspeaker that they?re closed. Also, only allowing 5 items per order is absurd!!!! Read more
No cheese on a quesarito...... How and why is that a thing they do? No mention of items being out of stock however the rest of... my order had cheese so it's either plain laziness or no management oversight. Either way employees need training! Read more
This was without a doubt the worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had. From the time I got in the drive-through line until the... time I got my food 45 minutes had passed. I ordered one of the more expensive burritos but instead was given a plain soft taco.It was late so the lobby was not open and I didn't want to sit in the drive-through line for another 45 minutes so I called thestore and the worker's response was pretty much "too bad so sad." This gets 0 stars. The only reason I marked 1 was because I couldn't post this unless one was marked. I was extremely... disappointed. I got 2 crunchy tacos. They barely had any meat on it, about 5 pieces of shredded cheese on them and they werebroken in quite a few pieces. They were thrown in the bag and came unwrapped. I will not go back there again.
