I love the bubble tea here! There's a great variety, the staff is kind, the ambience is friendly, and there's a lot of space to... sit down and chat or do some work. The only downside is the waiting time when you order in person. They really take their timemaking anything. I've waited more than 10 minutes for bubble tea when there was only one person before me. Originally I was going to give them 3/4 stars because they were moving slowly and seemingly prioritizing online orders vs. those... in stores. But I believe those were issues from just opening and getting situated. They have definitely improved. Food is goodand the staff are quite pleasant. I personally enjoy the sushi burrito but the other food is very good as well. Read more
I travel for work and one of my favorite things to try at new places is bubble tea and poke bowls. Both here were super good. I... got the brown sugar milk tea and a medium sized bowl. The bowls flavor was explosive, it was one of the best I?ve had. I alsoabsolutely loved the bubble tea. It was actually not too sweet which was nice, I usually order with half sugar when I have theoption to but this was perfect as is. Will definitely return next time Im in town. Read more
I?m new to the area and have tried this place twice. Both times I wasn?t given the proteins I selected on the menu. The flavor... of what I?m given is good. I just wish my order was done right. Awesome business! You have to check this place out! Please support. Customer service ? Style? Cleanliness? Good vibes? Family... and friend hangout oriented? (Lots of seats, board games, child seats) Beautiful atmosphere? Good place to study? Zen? I really,really, have enjoyed every visit I have had to this place :) Everytime I have had one of their boba drinks it's been great. Thetaste is excellent, the fruit fresh, you can really taste the tea that they put in the drink. The portions are awesome, I reallyfeel I got my money's worth. I also tried one of their rice bowl type things and the flavors were there as well as freshness.The rice (brown sesame) was awesome! I am excited to make visits to Tai Chi a normal occurrence. This place has the vibe NAILED! Clean, sharp and sophisticated. Perfect for a quick bite before or after the theatre (Syracuse... Stage is across the street!)
