Sub par experience, service was awful no refills 15 minutes to greet the table. Never checked back on how the meal was going.... The chicken sandwich was worse than most fast food options. I ordered boneless chicken wings they arrived ice cold and I am only 3 miles from the restaurant. The side salad was brown,... never received the loaded potatoe twists and the dessert well you could not even cut it do to being hard as I rock. My receiptstated I needed to call for a refund for the loaded potatoe twists. Called was on hold listening to the loudness of therestaurant for 15 mins. Finally manager got on the phone and stated he was sorry and would be refunding me. I have yet to seethe refund. Terrible food, terrible service. Very unhappy and it cost me $56.00 for the food and a $7.00 tip and still had to goto sleep without eating. Read more
Every time I go it just gets worse. Use to be great but if I could negative star it I would. I wouldn't eat here for free. The... manager is a complete joke. So unprofessional and inappropriate. The food never reflects what you ordered and you'll be luckyif it's warm. So many issues. This place just plain sucks. Read more

This place was so much fun! The music was awesome! The food was great! And our waiter, Fonya, was an absolute trip! He made the... kids laugh as well as us and just actually had the attitude that he loved his job and it showed. If I do get a chance to go backI would definitely prefer to have him as a waiter. Got take out from here and wow it was disgusting!! I understand times are tough right now with help, health and safety but to... just throw slop out there is wild to me. The two pictures I added was their broccoli and cheese side which was completelyinedible. Burger was very greasy and the boneless wings were very dry. Terrible experience! Read more
Got here 2:30pm ordered at 3:30pm wasn’t served till 5:45pm. Food was cold and undercooked. Our waitress was nowhere to be... found. It wasn’t even busy for a Saturday afternoon. Manager finally came out and apologized so I appreciate that but at thesame time there was so many staff but no one was doing anything. Just poor service for one of my favorite restaurants. Read more
