After a 3 week stay in Canada and discovering Tim Hortons i was really excited to visit Tim Hortons in Syracuse. WHAT A... DISAPPOINTMENT! I went up to the counter to order my food and there wasn't an employee to be found. After a few minutes oftrying to get someone's attention I went to the gas station side and asked if "Tim Hortons is open." The cashier looked at herwatch and said "yes." Then I asked her how I order food at Tim Hortons and she said with the cashier there. Nobody ever appearedand I simply walked out. What a let down! Read more
Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, love cream cheese just not the whole package on one bagel. Iced coffee was great?.. except... for the dang lid. Leaked all over my closing every drink FML. Won?t go back don?t have time to change clothes every day. Invest in different cups or lids. Read more

Parked myself here while getting the car washed. Great and quick service provided by very friendly staff.
Visited today to grab a latte and a couple bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches, the latte is great. Sandwiches are cold,... not sure why you would hand out cold food that should be hot. Good try im not coming back dont have time for the incompetence.People cant even make a sand properly. Read more
Just recently moved to the area so we were very excited to have a Tim Horton's close by. Two of the employees I interacted with... were great; I had also just purchased the unlimited wash at Delta Sonic so getting a free medium coffee was a great 'perk'. Thetwo of them were very nice and accommodating. Then today, I had a very undesirable experience with which seemed to be someonemore managerial but I wasn't totally sure. I ordered my coffee and gave her my card, she said that I didn't have a verifiedaccount attached with the card, but I did not know what she meant. I thought that the cc attached to my unlimited membershipwas all that I needed; she said no, that people often confuse that with having a linked bank account for payment. She alsocomplained aloud to me that the other employees will often overlook this and just give the customer their coffee. I wasconfused and offended because nobody explained this to me when I signed up for the unlimited membership last week. Secondly, thedifference between account linkage is not something I have dealt with in the past, as this is my first membership with a carwash and as stated, I was excited about the 'perks'. She then walked to the another register and acted as if she was going toproceed with the next customer to which she out loud asked "Do you want to still purchase a coffee" which I replied that I didnot (since I my membership offers me a free coffee). She did not even try to help me or explain what I had to do to link anotheraccount. This, with other customers in the Tim Horton's area, was extremely embarrassing; overall she was unnecessarily rude andcould have assisted me better by being friendly and accommodating, and not dismissing me. Hopefully I should have my accountlinked soon because this was a benefit that I looked forward to and had been enjoying for the past week, before embarrassing mein front of a store full of other customers. It was a sweet surprise to find Tim Hortons in New York because we don't have them in California and the only place I knew them... is Canada. I just got my double double and a Boston creme. Also I got two bags of ground coffee to bring back home. When are yougoing to open Tim Hortons in California?? Read more
