I can't say too much about the store as I spent only a few mins in there and quickly grabbed a few specific items. They do have... gluten free and dairy free options which is what I needed. But the thing that stood out the most, was one of the workers, whom Iasked about an item I was looking for. She was so nice and walked me over to where the item was and went and got me a cart as Iwas telling my husband we would need one. So grateful for her ???? Read more

It's just a fancy price chopper with the same products for a mark up to feel privileged shopping there, it's not like they have... better quality products. I asked a member of the team where an item would be and they didn't even know where anything was, norwhat I was talking about and proceeded to waste my time talking about my day... One of the better Wegmans in Syracuse. They have everything. Even found my Japanese kewpie I been missing. Their produce was... perfect. Absolutely loved this store. An the employees were friendly. No one was friendly this morning. We could not get hot water for tea and then when we asked someone they were put out. They gave... us cold water. Check out same thing did not say anything at all or engage with us. We are used to a great experience withfriendly people. Bummer! Read more
