Seems the staff were very aware that all of their outside lights were off... Not sure if that was intentional due to it being... close to closing time but the cashier was very snotty when we simply let them know. I came through the drive thru and ordered 2 baconater meals. When I got home each burger was a single patty! That is not how you... make a baconater! It's supposed to be 2 patties! Waste of $22! I've never had a problem with Wendy's until now. Very upset Read more
Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Went to drive-thru window and waited for a few minutes no response,... went inside to order and waited in line for another ten minutes to order.Then noticed an employee behind the counter filling herbags with food and going into the dining room to eat. I have to say this was my worst experience. Sat in the drive through for over a half hour waiting to order and then I get to the... window and still had to wait a good 15 mins for my food.. for all that my food should have been fresh and instead it was icecold & my burger wasn?t even cooked all the way.. seemed like everything I tried to order they didn?t have at the moment? I went here doing door dash. The lobby was closed so I had to do drive thru. I set in the drive thru for at least 45mins. I did... not stop at the speaker to let them know I was picking up food because you was waiting for at least 5 minutes for them toactually answer you. When I got to the window I let the girl know I was picking up food and gave her the names. Another employeestanding behind her a fat white girl with dark Brown hair was very rude and stated to me. Did you stop at the speaker I said noI did not she proceeds to stay well next time you need to because now you're holding the line up.
